Account information: the unique identifier provided by Sign in with Apple, and your name and email address if you choose to share them. If you use Hide My Email, we receive the private relay address supplied by Apple. We also keep an internal user identifier and sign-in session records.

Receipt and project information: receipt images; merchant, purchase date, amount, tax rate, expense category, whether a qualified invoice registration number appears, payment method, review status, and related dates; and project year and name. The App records only whether a qualified invoice registration number appears and does not retain the registration number itself.

Purchase information: To determine whether AI analysis is available, the App sends Apple-signed data for the currently active App Store subscription to our server for verification. The signed data may include transaction identifiers, product, purchase and expiration dates, revocation status, environment, and an app-account token. We process it for each verification request and do not store subscription status or expiration in our database. We do not receive or store payment card information.

Device and usage identifiers: a randomly generated installation ID, the type and time of AI-analysis usage, and limited request and operational information needed to provide and protect the service. The installation ID is not an advertising identifier or hardware serial number.

The App uses the camera only when you choose to scan a receipt. If you import from the photo library, the App receives only the images you select through Apple's photo picker.

When you request full or pinpoint analysis, the applicable receipt image or cropped portion is sent through our Cloudflare-hosted server to OpenAI's API. OpenAI returns structured text extracted from the image. We do not use receipt images or extracted data to train our own AI models.

Before the App sends any receipt image or selected crop for AI analysis for the first time, it separately explains the data to be sent, identifies Abeam Tech Inc., Cloudflare, and OpenAI as the recipients or processors, explains the analysis purpose, and asks for your explicit consent. This consent applies to both full-receipt and pinpoint analysis. If you decline or dismiss the request, the App does not send the image to OpenAI and AI analysis remains unavailable.

OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in. Abuse-monitoring logs may contain customer content and are generally retained for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law. See OpenAI's API data controls and Privacy Policy.

AI analysis can be inaccurate. Please compare results with the original receipt before relying on them.

We use Cloudflare to operate the API, database, and private receipt-image storage; OpenAI to analyze receipt images; and Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, subscriptions, and purchase verification. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own terms and privacy policies.

We require service providers that receive personal data from the App to protect it to the same or an equivalent level as described in this Privacy Policy, including appropriate confidentiality, security, use-limitation, and deletion or retention controls.

Information may be processed in countries or regions outside your country of residence. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell receipt images or personal information.

Receipt data and original images are retained while they remain in your account. When you delete an individual receipt in the App, its receipt record and original image are deleted. When you delete a project, its receipt records and original images are deleted. These actions cannot be undone.

Uninstalling the App from your device does not delete projects, receipt data, original images, or other account data stored on our servers. If you are leaving the service and want to permanently delete all data stored in the App, first open Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App, complete the account deletion, and then uninstall the App. Deleting your account permanently deletes all projects, receipt data, original images, and other App account data and cannot be undone. Account deletion does not erase purchase history managed by Apple or cancel an App Store subscription.

Account, session, analysis-usage, and support records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Apple-signed transaction data is processed when purchase verification is requested and is not retained in our database as subscription status or an entitlement record. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law.

You may withdraw consent for AI analysis at any time under Settings > AIとプライバシー > AIデータ送信の設定 in the App. After withdrawal, the App will not send any new receipt image or selected crop to OpenAI unless you consent again. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed based on your prior consent.

The App stores a session token in the iOS Keychain and stores limited settings, such as the randomly generated installation ID and last-selected project, on your device. Exported CSV, Excel, or PDF/ZIP files are created on the device and then handled by the destination you select in the iOS share sheet. The receiving service's privacy policy applies after you share or save a file.

Your current AI data-sharing consent status and a local history of consent and withdrawal, including timestamps and the disclosure version shown to you, are stored only on your device. This consent history is not sent to our server.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network transport, account-based access controls, private object storage, and server-side verification of Apple purchase data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or our data practices change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date below.
