Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a receipt?
Use the import button at the bottom of the receipt list to scan with the camera or select images from your photo library. Only selected images are imported from the photo library.
Is AI analysis always accurate?
No. AI results may be incomplete or incorrect. Compare every result with the original receipt and correct it before using the data for accounting or tax work.
How do I delete a receipt or project?
Delete an individual receipt from its detail screen or the receipt list. You can delete a project from project management. Deleting a project permanently deletes all receipt data and original images within it and cannot be undone.
How do I restore or manage a purchase?
Open Settings in the App, then use “View Plans,” “Manage Purchases,” or “Restore Purchases.” Subscriptions and billing are handled by Apple. See Apple Billing and Subscriptions for additional help.
How do I delete my account and all stored data?
Open Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App. Deleting your account permanently deletes all projects, receipt data, original images, and other App account data and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the App alone does not delete data stored on our servers. If you are leaving the service and want to delete all stored data, delete your account before uninstalling the App. Account deletion does not erase purchase history managed by Apple or cancel an App Store subscription.
Reporting a Problem
Please include your device model, iOS version, App version, what you were trying to do, the steps that led to the problem, and any displayed error message. Do not email receipt images or other sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it.

よくある質問
領収書を追加するにはどうすればよいですか？
領収書一覧の画面下にある取り込みボタンから、カメラでスキャンするか、写真ライブラリの画像を選択してください。写真ライブラリからは、ユーザーが選択した画像だけを取り込みます。
AIの解析結果は必ず正しいですか？
いいえ。AIの解析結果には、読み取り漏れや誤りが含まれる場合があります。会計・税務処理に利用する前に、必ず原本と照合し、必要な修正を行ってください。
領収書やプロジェクトを削除する方法を教えてください。
個別の領収書は詳細画面または領収書一覧から削除できます。プロジェクトはプロジェクト管理から削除できます。プロジェクトを削除すると、その中の領収書データと原本画像がすべて完全に削除され、元に戻すことはできません。
購入の復元・管理はどこからできますか？
アプリの「設定」から「プランを見る」「購入を管理」または「購入を復元」をご利用ください。決済とサブスクリプションはAppleが管理しています。詳しくはAppleの請求とサブスクリプションをご確認ください。
アカウントと保存データをすべて削除するにはどうすればよいですか？
本アプリの「設定」>「アカウント」>「アカウントを削除」を実行してください。アカウントを削除すると、すべてのプロジェクト、領収書データ、原本画像その他のアプリアカウントデータが完全に削除され、元に戻せません。本アプリをアンインストールしただけでは、当社サーバー上の保存データは削除されません。退会に伴いすべての保存データを削除する場合は、アカウント削除の完了後にアンインストールしてください。アカウント削除は、Appleが管理する購入履歴を消去せず、App Storeサブスクリプションの自動更新も停止しません。
不具合のご報告
ご利用の端末名、iOSバージョン、アプリのバージョン、行おうとした操作、問題が発生するまでの手順、表示されたエラーメッセージを可能な範囲でお知らせください。当社から個別にお願いした場合を除き、領収書画像などの機密情報はメールに添付しないでください。
